Experience
Clover Health
I built the voice and text AI agent for the main helpline of Clover's 150K Medicare members, end to end, on ElevenLabs and Twilio. It cut the helpline's cost by orders of magnitude while resolving more member requests, faster.
Then I designed and built a second agent, for the insurance brokers who sell Clover's plans, and made its product and security decisions, from verifying callers to checking each AI reply against the record.

About
I'm Victor.
I'm into software, startups, and robotics. I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, writing robot code for FRC Team 86.
AI coding agents wrote most of the code in these projects. I decided what to build and how to check it. When I sped up the poker solver, for example, I kept each change only if two-player test solves with a fixed random seed gave identical output before and after it.
